They Get You the Right Product for Your Needs 9/29/2017

Desert Suns Heating and Cooling got us the AC unit we needed. I live in Santa Fe where getting people to show up on time is difficult, and this company was very responsive. They were also very professional and knowledgeable about their products. They didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We talked trough what our needs were, looked at the various options, and found the best solutions. What we got was not necessarily the most expensive, best it was the best fit for us. We went with Desert Suns because somebody else said they were fantastic and told us to consider them for the same reasons I mentioned above, they get you the right product. more

Great company 8/30/2017

These guys were great to deal with . I converted Swamp Cooler to Refrigerated Air. They came out to look a my house told me about the process and did not try to talk me into buying any thing i did not need which i thought was great. The service men from Desert Sun have always been courteous with us and thorough with servicing our air conditioner/heater. We have used this company for several years not only in our current home but on our previous one. While we do not like the raise in our contract, we decided to renew it because we feel we can trust this company. more

Fixed our AC problem 8/20/2017

Desert Sun took the time to help evaluate our situation - not enough air to cool our master bed room on the second floor. It took a few trips before we came up with the right adjustment - Thanks. I can now take a nap in the middle of the day in my bed without getting overheated. more

Very pleased 8/15/2017

We have had our system for a couple of years now. I had been looking forward to refrigerated a/c for awhile. When the swamp cooler needed to be replaced is when we decided to do it. It is exceptionally pleasant when it is humid. The service techs that service the system during the year are also knowledgeable and efficient. more

We had one of our Hvac units go out, and needed immediate attention, They stated it would have to be after hours due to the high volume of service call, They called us back fit us in the same day, Always professional and knowledgeable, and the technicians are friendly and professional as well. "Desert Sun's" is my go to for all of our heating and cooling needs more
