Dermatology Arts Samir P. Master, M.d.

Dr. Master is a great dermatologist! He was one of three dermatologists recommended by my primary care doc, and I picked him because he was convenient in downtown bellevue and another co-worked had a good experience (Dr. Master shows up on the Microsoft intranet as a highly recommended dermatologist). He has a really neat office - cool, clean, modern when you walk in. It took two minutes to get me registered, and they took me back almost before I could sit down. His assistant asked a bunch of questions and they are connected on iPads so he could tell what the answers were before he even walked into the room (better than answering the same questions three times at my allergist office). We chit-chatted a bit, and then he asked me a bunch of extra questions then we talked about my problems for a while. I needed a small surgery which he took care of, and he sent my prescription to the pharmacy from his iPad. I asked for directions for the creams, and they printed out something for me right away. It's been a few weeks after my stitches are out and the scar looks good (little pink, still). Only downside is it took me a couple weeks to get in, but that is what the wait was everywhere I called. Much more personal touch than I've had at any other doctor office, so it was worthwhile waiting for a few weeks. more

my skin is clear! had a number of red spots on my face from acne over the years (I thought it was supposed to end in college....ughhhh). tried proactive and it only worked for a few weeks, then went to another skin doctor who spent 20 seconds with me and gave me $250 of medicine. thought I would go see someone else before spending that much money, and went to see Dr. Master a couple months ago. He spent a lot of time with me, told me how to take care of my skin, and wrote down what I should do and when. my skin has never been better! It took about two months, but i'm 90% better. He said that it may take a little longer than 3 months, but looks like I'm on track. plus the creams were VERY affordable. I liked that he offered me generics that weren't so expensive. the office was easy to find because it is near the mall, and it is clean and very chic. Would recommend Dr. Master anytime!! :-) more

I?m one of Dr. Masters?s new clients for about 2 months now. My primary doctor referred me to him. Dr. Masters is very nice, friendly guy and he listens very well with all type of issues. I was very comfortable talking to him on my first visit. He gave me huge tips that I never heard before about my face and my acne. His office is nice and unique. Very different from other office clinics I?ve ever been to. Dr. Master really helps me with my acne that I?ve been struggling with since my early 20?s. The cream that he prescribes to me works VERY well. Clean my scares from all my pimples and damage skin. I defiantly recommend him for someone that?s looking for a Dermatologist. more

Dr. Master asked if I would write a review since I've been to his new location a couple times, and I said I'd be really happy to. Everyone in his office is friendly, the place is really modern and clean, and he's really helped me have better skin. I've struggled with acne for a long time, and would get big cysts. I was afraid that I'd have to start Accutane, but over a few months, Dr. Master helped clear up my skin without it. He was sensitive to how much medicine cost me, and made several calls to the pharmacy to get medication that I could afford. He also helped me save over $100 / month on extra skin care products that weren't really helping. I was surprised at how much time he spends with me each visit, and he says that that is how he likes to practice. I never feel rushed or like I'm on a conveyor belt like I did at another dermatology office in Bellevue. I'll keep going back and would recommend him to my friends. more

I've had a few dermatologists over the years because I've spent a lot of time outdoors hiking, waterskiing, kayaking, and done my share of damage to my skin. Dr. Master is my favorite by far. Dr. Master was easy going, he spent plenty of time with me and took a better history than my regular doctor. He walked me through several options for some spots I was worried about. Overall he let me participate in the decision, and I felt better about it. Fun personality; friendly and interesting. Nice office, too. Near Bellevue Square Mall. more
