Great Services, Good Deal! 5/20/2011

Great Services, Good Deal. My heater went out during the worst time of year, the temp had hit the below freezing mark several times. It was time to get a working heater or freeze. I got quotes from several dealers and although the quotes were close, since Dependable was the original installers of my HVAC system, I decided to go with them. The sales manager John Stone is a straight shooter and presented several valid points as to why I should replace my AC also - entirely my choice. Since the AC was also 21 yrs old and it had problems cooling during the past hot summer days, it was a no brainer to do both the heater and AC at the same time to save a buck or two. When there were several glitches that I noticed with the order, John made it right with a smile, no complaints or additional costs. The installers were friendly, experienced and professional and I was thoroughly pleased with the overall install. Fixed my many problems 5/20/2011

I am the manager for an apartment complex. This is the first time that I contact Dependable heating Air Conditioning, and it will be the company that I will come to form now on. Fixed the many problems that I had, and as a result my renters are very happy too! more

Outstanding in all avenues of service! 5/20/2011

They were polite, professional in appearance, and got right to work.To my amazement and delight, the technicians were able to fix the problem with minimally invasive repairs. They were finished in about 30 minutes, at a low cost! What a pleasant surprise!!! more

Honest good work, didn't try to upsell me 5/16/2011

My air conditioner broke down and he was at my house within a couple of hours. Turned out to be a very minor problem. He didn't upsell me or make stuff up like, ""Your johnson rods need freon. That will be $800."" Really honest guy and the price was fair. Recommend! more

He came out the next day on time and through a process of elimination determined that the problem was with the thermostat, which wasn't what I expected as it was only two years old. I was expecting something much more expensive. Highly recommend. more
