My visit was pleasant. Everyone was very nice and helpful. When they gave me my results from my examination they sat down and explained to me all my options. more

So about 5 minutes after my arrival I am called to take some x rays of my teeth, before seeing the dentist (who i see later on). After the x rays are done, the dentist comes in & puts on a screen in front me displaying the x-rays of my teeth. I was impressed by her through attitude to explain things to me in laymen terms & that she would actually take the time to educate me about my teeth instead of general scolding I am accustom to from prior dentists. So after about 45 minutes of cleaning which was PAIN FREE (to me at least) my mouth felt wonderful, fresh even (not mouth water fresh) but all the crap that accumulated in 2 years had been removed. She has been so far the best dentist I have ever had & I was impressed overall with her attentiveness, even her gentle technique of handling my mouth. I fully expected 45 minutes to 90 minutes of pure pain. But it was the opposite totally exceptional & refreshing to have a dentist actually care & educate instead about rushing you in & out to get the insurance invoice billed. As corny as it sounds I will always be a believer of Dentalville. more

Normally i use the dentalville on sunset but this time i decided too be adventurous and go to a new location. well i have to say, this place is awesome as well. sure its only a cleaning but an a very efficiant one. more

My appointment was on time. The staff took time in cleaning and checking my teeth. The office is clean, efficient, and a pleasant. more

Quick, Clean, and always wonderful! My cleaning was done by the dentist himself, right on.. Most other dentists I have had have never done this, i guess too good for it. He was quick, yet gentle and answered all my questions then I was on with my day. more

Every time I go to Dentalville everyone is always pleasant and I always recieve the best quality care and service.Today my crown was put on and I can't tell which tooth is mine and which is the crown since it looks and feels just like my own natural teeth. They did such an incredible job, I would reccomend them to everyone i know more

\r Going to the dentist used to be something I avoided at all costs. Even when i would actually make the appointment, i would also cancel the appointment. When the pain got so bad that i actually had to show up for my appointment at Dentalville located on eastern is when I came to realize that the dentist doesn't have to be a painful experience. I've had several deep cavities filled that didn't hurt at all. Im happy to say thanks to dentalville i now have regular visits and my fear has gone.\r more

This place is awesome at dealing with children who won't brush their teeth! My daughter refused to sit in the dental chair, so they did an exam with her on my lap, while I held her hands. They counted her teeth (which she loved), and \r brushed yummy fruity toothpaste on, and gave her lots of toys (her other favorite). I have been to other pediatric dentists and find this place reasonably priced - and didn't sale me on unnecessary treatment! A BIG bonus! They have fun toys for the kids to play with before and after and explain \r everything well! A++++ \r more

\r I have had a lot of experiences with Pediatric Dentists and this was the best. \r All of my kids were at ease. They treated them individually and I felt the doctor wanted their best interest. The rates were lower than other pediatric dentists and they didn't try and push anything. They gave me all the information I needed to make any or all decisions. When I went to Dentalville there was no pain or discomfort. There isn't even the threat of it, because the dentist was very calm, friendly, and genuinely concerned about making me feel comfortable. He thoroughly explains all procedures, and not only tells you what you might want to consider improving about your tooth care, but he also he tells you WHY. I love knowing the why, as it's a better motivator. And if you ask questions, it's basically like a crash course in dentistry. Overall, this is easily the best dentist's office I've ever been to. They are up to date on all the latest dental technology, the dentists answer all my dumb questions, there was minimal scolding for not flossing as much as I should and waiting so long between visits. Everytime I go to Dentalville everyone is just wonderful. The front staff is friendly and dentists are always happy. The front staff is friendly and helpful, they make you feel happy to be there (unlike some places I've been to). I really feel they goes the extra mile to make sure you're physically and mentally ready for whatever needs to be done. I'm glad to recommend Dentalville on Eastern.\r T. what a cesspool!!!!!!!!!!! The worst service i've had in a long time!!! 20 minutes worth of ""work"" done in 20 minutes, but billed for 2 hours. this place is sheisty and full of slackers and incompetent employees....i am completely embarrassed for allowing myself to even walk through the doors.....we are fighting this, though! we have filed complaints with the headquarters, local and with the insurance company.... this place needs to be checked out by the bureau !!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO!!! save yourself time, money and health!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've read other reviews, and they all have the same story.... they don't even clean your teeth......!!!!! SHame on this company for taking $$$ from people especially in these economic times!!!!!!!!! people like you, Dentalcrapville, make me soooooooo ticked off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
