This was a good experience at the dentists' office. I was called for my appt quickly and taken to the room where the dentist would perform her exam. I was even offered a cup of coffee or tea. The dentist was great to deal with and explained everything she was doing. However, when she was done, I was to be escorted to the front desk to have an appointment scheduled for my cleaning? I thought since it was my annual check-up that it would include my cleaning, but was told that had to be scheduled separately with a hygienist. I didn't want to take off more time from work, and also have to pay another co-payment so I asked for them to fit me into their schedule that morning so I wouldn't have to come back and was lucky they had an opening and were able to accomodate me. So I would definitely recommend the practice, I would just caution the patient to be sure they schedule an exam and cleaning at the same time to avoid additional appointments, co-pays or extra waiting time. Otherwise, great experience!
