I went here to get a root canal once. My incentive for going here so far was that as a student and with no dental insurance, this place was a real money saver for me. They offer l...

worse place ever 4/6/2011

never ever try to go to this office, they have the worse dentists, dental assistants ever. they care about money more than the patients. they have poor, uneducated staff, and the worse material ever. The manager is rude. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I went there because I have a toothache, and then returned back with more problems. more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!! 11/19/2010

Poor service and incorrect billing is an understatement!! Had a root canal done. They charged a 75% down and was supposed to bill me for rest. I NEVER received a bill, and they sent me to collections to a dubious and harrassing collection agent. I went to the office to clarify and they had an incorrect address to bill, so I never got an invoice. I corrected and offered to pay balance, but they refused saying collection agent must be paid. Agent demanded $5000.00 and threatened arrest, job loss etc if no pay. A different dentist from a different office office took xrays at later date and says root canal wasn' t even done, merely a filling! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!! more

Poor Service and Incorrect Billing 9/17/2007

Overall the Doctors are nice and the actual dental service was adequate, however, the administrative people are absolutely some of the most poor I've ever dealt with. My first appointment was cancelled 2 days prior to the date I had originally scheduled 2 months in advance. I was then told I had to reschedule again, later was told I didn't need to reschedule and could stick with my first appointment. The day of my appointment I was told I actually had 2 appointments. When I first arrived I was handed a form that was overly redundant and when I inquired about things I was talked down to by the receptionist (either a high school student or recent HS grad). Furthermore, I saw her treat the other future patients the same way, with a special distaste for Spanish speakers, whom she told she couldn't help and needed to come back on another day so someone could translate. After sitting down with the dental assistant I was told that I couldn't get the procedure I came in for, then was told because I am not public aid that I actually could get the procedure. I was told something was covered with my insurance, and then asked again to have it confirmed. After work was done I was told that it wasn't actually covered and I owed $75 dollars instead of $5. There was no one able to speak to me about it until the next day. When I did call back I was told that she would speak to the doctor and that I spoke to the wrong person and that is why I was given the wrong answer. I was then sent a full bill, with no further contact. Bottom line is if you have insurance and you have a choice...choose some place else Pros: The actual Dentist Cons: Everything Else, Including Waiting, Service, Payment, and Assistants more
