Glad you added Sunday service but perhaps extended weekday hours till 9pm would be better. It is imperative that you wash cars on all services or complementary when a customer asks for it. Cars coming out of your service dept are a direct representation of your dealership as much as the clean car that someone just purchased. This will be a deciding factor for me on future service from your dealership. more
