Great rates and compassionate 12/16/2007

Dr den Boer is a fantastic vet. I've taken several of my pets to her over the last eleven years and I've never been disappointed by how my pets or I were treated. Her fees are beyond reasonable when compared with the average $100 office visit with nothing to show for it, but a recommendation for over priced prescription pet food. Her clinic is in an older home and looks it age, but don't let it deter you from using her services. She will provide the best care and concern for your animals. Pros: low fees, she will explain any problems with your pet rather than just handing you a presciption Cons: parking, office hours in the morning can be problematic if she has surgeries that day. more

I thought Donna was very kind and could tell that she cares about animals and loves her job. No, she isn't as organized and streamlined as other vet clinics, but she charges a fair price and my cat was treated well. Pros: convenient location, flexible hours Cons: some waiting, lack of parking more

Cheapest, but NOT the best. 4/18/2005

I used this vet twice based on recommendations. The 1st time was frustrating, but not bad. However, the second time was horriffic. My pet was likely to have died anyway, I do not believe that the vet was responsible for that. The way he was handled, treated & then in turn how I was treated was awful. Cons: disorganized, no sense of urgency, poor people skills more
