My 17 year old daughter was a passenger in a very bad single car accident. She suffered life threatening injuries, and it was truly a miracle that she survived and recovered. I never had an experience like this before, and I just went along with what the insurance companies advised me to do. Speaking with the attorneys of this firm, they are intelligent and well-versed. However, although I am in a situation where an insurance party is unwilling to pay my medical bills when their client was at fault, the attorney I spoke with encouraged me to settle without having bills paid because the case would be 'stenous work' for the attorney with minimal financial benefit on their end. I have spoken with multiple lawyers in Austin regarding this case and am a little disappointed in the exchange I had here.
