I have recently been very satisfied with the Defiance County Health Department staff, they are very friendly and caring. Everything is always well organized and the nurses who give immunizations are very friendly. They make the children feel safe and help teach them by letting the play with educational toys and books. I also am quite impressed with their car seat program for the low income families. I think that its a great way to help people in our community that are less fortunate and keep their children safe while riding in a car. I have a great deal of confidence in the health department.
