We at Dean's want to make sure the public is weary of phony reviews such as the last post. We care very much about our customers and always have, so upon review of the last post, we have done plenty of searching and has lead us to believe this is a phony review for the following reasons:\r
#1- Stoves we carry do not require ""doors"", yes A DOOR, but the door is crated with the stove by the manufacturer and would not be missing.\r
#2 - We have NEVER received a call from an attorney regarding the where abouts of a Mantel or doors.\r
#3- We would never ""leave"" a package as valuable as doors or a mantel at a home without the Clients permission, thus leaving out any concern of the valuable merchandise to be ""stolen""\r
#4 - if a salesperson, or our GM ( Mark TISO ) is unable to take calls, we have a voice mail box that we empty throughout the day, and every night to ensure all phone calls are returned on a timely fashion. ( Mark remembers EVERY client he works with with a passion )\r

These are a few reasons on a long list. Dean's has made many progressive moves in the Hearth Industry to insure we take care of everyone. Weather it is expanding our Service Dept another 5,000 sq. ft, Install Dept 7,000 sq ft of added space, and a combined 15 new Service and Install techs. Deans Stove & Spa recommends reviews from sites where clients names and address are available to insure it is a REAL customer. We hope to see you at New England's Largest Hearth Shop!
