If you don't care this is probably the best place for you. When I called they were rude and short with me. I took time out of my day to drop off my coat, and they didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my presence. In fact, they walked right by me and left for the day with out even saying hello to me. I am honestly surprised this place is even in business. Customer Service 2/18/2003

The person at the front desk has absolutley no customer service skills what-so-ever. It is almost as if she would like you to come in and do her job for her. Anything you ask seems to be a MAJOR inconvenience for her. That is why small businesses in Dayton go out of business....no one wants to deal with that when they can go to a chain store and get treated with respect. I will never go there again. I work to improve customer satisfaction at the second largest company in Dayton, so I am not just one person who had a problem...I am well educated and trained to spot bad customer service.
