I understand that ratings should be for services received there, but I called in to get more information and they were so off-putting even over the phone. I called to ask about the different facial services and what method was used for pore cleansing or extractions. The person who answered the phone surprisingly replied with ""I don't know. You have to come in and ask the aesthetician yourself."" I tried to remain courteous and said ""If it's something that I don't want to do, I sure don't want to go all the way there to find out. Is there someone I can ask?"" Then he handed the phone to one of the aestheticians, she was polite for the most part and when I asked about a particular service and what products they use, she basically said that I just need to make an appointment and come in. Then she said ""We're gonna need to wrap this up now because I have another customer waiting in line. Okay?"" Wow. Talk about making you welcome. If they operate with that kind of attitude and mindset, I wouldn't want any service from there, because there's a more important person behind ya and they just gonna need 'to wrap this up'. That was a sure fire way to lose a business.
