I hate Daniels, they ruined my moms present 12/15/2010

I went to buy a Dinning Set for my Mom as a gift. I found one I liked. When they delivered it, the dinning set was damage. They went twice to replace chairs and stuff, but the parts they keep taking are worst. Now one of my chairs broke and I haven't completed a month with the product yet. They won't let me return it or exchange it. I'm really upset, because It was a gift to my mom. Costumer service are very rude, specially this one service rep. >:/ more

I went to Daniels with my family looking for a sectional couch.. they have plenty to choose from. We found one at a great price and ended up buying my daughter a twin bed more

I went with my husband and kids to Daniel’s to look at some living room sets. They have this great day care center we left out kids at while we concentrated on finding the perfect living room. We will shop here again. more

I’ve been shopping at Daniel’s for a long time now. My sales rep Rigo always treats me great. I just add any item I want to my account and keep making my regular monthly payment. It’s great. more

DO NOT SHOP AT DANIELS HOME CENTER 5/3/2009

THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION- THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. IF THEY DON'T GET A SALE, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE SOMETHING STUCK ON THE BOTTOM OF THEIR SHOE . THEY'RE RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY LIE TO YOU, JUST TO GET YOU INTO A SALE AND WHEN YOU CHALLENGE WHAT THEY'RE SAYING CAUSE YOU KNOW BETTER THAN WHAT THEY'RE TELLING YOU. THEY GET MAD AND TRY TO LIE TO YOU SOME MORE. THEY WILL NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILTY FOR THEIR MISTAKES. EVER!!!!!!! more

Huge Selection !!!! 12/18/2008

This store is huge! They have lots of sofas to choose from, but don't worry about feeling overwhelmed because this store has one of the best trained staff out there. From my shopping experience, I highly recommend Daniel's Home Center. more
