Horrible service. We had a disagreement and he acted completely unprofessional. In the end, I was justified in my request (and he probably knew it - but didn't care). Then, rather than deal with me - he put me on hold and had his assitant pick up the phone to tell me he had ""left"" for the day (not her fault, she just works there). This is just an example of how they operate. Be careful - they are tricky and nasty. Probably best to deal with a more professional office.
