The reason why I choose Daddy's were directly do to the reviews of previous customers. I went in needing a "Roll up" tint job, meaning only the driver and passenger windows needed to be tinted. I decided to go with the 3M-color stable tint mainly for heat deflection in the summer. I was also curious in purchasing a remote start for, let's face it, convenience for both the cold winters and hot summers. Needless to say i decided to go with the remote start Excalibur 2030 for a great price. One note that surprised me, they offered to drop me off at a shopping center while I waited instead of seating in a boring waiting room. I have never been offered that EVER! The finished product came out exactly how I pictured it. Damon (owner's son) took his time to explained exactly what was done and how to operate the remote start. BE CAREFUL!!, i went to them to have my tint installed, they upsold me to their ""premium"" brand of tint Diamond with a lifetime warranty back in 2007, well the tint is now bubbling and i went to them to have it fixed, well i got a typical business response ""the tint supplier went out of business and we cant help you!"" its kind of sad cause this is almost what i expect out of a ""lifetime"" warranty, DONT go to daddys, they dont stand behind the products they sell more

I just took my Subaru STI here and drove away with an awesome tint job. After getting a terrible tint job on my previous STI, I was nervous about going through this again. The lady at the front was very friendly and the owner was extremely friendly. These people know what they are doing and take pride in their work. If you want top notch work, then go here. If you want that cheap crappy $99 job, then go elsewhere. more

Daddy's did a tint & alarm service on my 2011 F150 and I couldn't be more satisfied. They used 3M's best tint called Color Stable, it looks like it was done at the factory. I also had them add a remote start paging alarm. They installed it flawlessly. They didn't rush the project, even gave me a ride back and forth from my work @ USAA. Great, very personal customer service. I priced around too...Daddy's was very competitive. Overall excellent service and value. Call them, just on the phone you'll see the difference. Great price, value and quality of workmanship. Just had Daddy's Tint and Alarm in San Antonio, TX install an in dash Pioneer DVD player in my Ford F-550. They did a great job and even cleaned the inside of my truck in the process. They also tinted the front doors and used the 3M clear film on the front windshield. They gave me a great deal, did not rush the work, and used the best 3M has to offer. Window Tinting and Stereo installation at its best. Christian business as well! You get what you pay for at Daddy's! I had to write a positive review for this window tinting business in San Antonio. It is father and son owned and operated business which is very rare and very nice. I called and talked with the actual owner who took his time explaining the difference between their high quality 3M Color Stable window tinting vs. the lower quality 3M standard window tinting that other businesses quote you a price for over the phone. The fact that he took time to explaing this to me was a far different experience than I got when I called 5 other window tinting places here in town. After the call I went to their shop, it was nicely decorated, smelled nice and was very clean. I was waited on immediately and the son explained the alarm systems to me. Awesome window tinting shop! Just took my new Explorer to Daddy's and had them tint the windows...it has made a huge difference in keeping my car cool in the sun. They quoted me a great price on 3M tint and it has a lifetime guarantee! I cannot say enough good things about these folks...they were very courteous and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Daddy's has the best service and follow up service I have ever experienced. I have been a customer of Daddy's for a while now, they have put tint and alarms on all my cars. I started going to them because I was impressed with their level of professionalism way back when and even this week I was impressed once again. I called for a quote for my new Denali and before I even got finished explaining what I wanted the young man recognized my voice, asked how my other two cars were doing and wanted to make sure they had made me happy with my purchase. He even appologized for not remembering my first name, but explained that he remembers the vehicles a little better than names. He's funny. Anyhow, I took my Denali in for Tint and an Alarm. Daddy's again did a wonderful job, they used 3M Color Stable window film, an Excalibur remote start paging alarm system and they used a CLEAR 3M UV protective film on my windshield. I got my car tinted at Daddy's after doing some driving around and getting quotes from other window tint establishments. One of them was that place that advertises $99.00 tint.\r When I went for an estimate, they wanted $300.00 for the "good tint". The guy seemed rushed and gave me a ?take it or leave it? impression. \r Then I went to Daddy's and found out that they only install 3M's best tint "color stable".\r Yes you will pay a for it, but I got a written 3M lifetime guarantee good at any 3M certified dealer that covers the cost of tint replacement and labor. I doubt they'll install "cheaper stock" and will give you the warranty document.\r I did have to get the 35% tint on the front door windows, since it IS state law. And yes there are people driving around with deeper tint shades in front, but I don't see how it's their fault.\r Also, my tint has a 1 inch 3M logo printed on the tint on a couple of windows. The installer told me it'll come off with rubbing alcohol. It's just there more

I just purchased a new 370z and wanted to get the tint done (there is a picture of it on Daddy's web site under the Gallery section). I was very hesitant to take it to anyone and had no interest in all in those $99.00 specials we all hear about in town. A friend had recommended me to check Daddy's Tint out and I'm glad I did. When I called, the owner answered the phone and gave me a quote for the job. I called back a day later and scheduled the appointment for the following week. I dropped my car off at mid-morning and received a call about 2 hours later that they were finished. When I picked up the car, it was in the exact same shape as when I dropped it off and it actually looked cleaner than earlier that day. The tint job was done very well and I've received so many compliments. Jesse was kind enough to explain everything regarding the tint and the difference in the tint they use versus what the majority of other vendors in town use. I had them put tint on my 95 mustang. i heard about them threw google and saw all the great reviews and i would have to say that this IS the BEST place in san antonio to get your car tinted, they take there time and do the job the right way, with a great warranty so you have nothing to worry about. They even gave me and my wife a ride to the mall down the street!! you would be stupid to go somewhere other than daddy's...like (cough..)mothers tint (cough..). i could sit here and write a book about the pros of going to daddy's tint and alarm,, JUST GO THERE! they wont let you down. Daddy's just tinted my 2008 Mercedez AMG C63 and did a great job. Daddy's is the San Antonio window tint shop that can be trusted with a high end car. The shop is very clean, they were very knowledgeable about my car and had great customer service. I was going to have the dealer tint the car until I found out they don't use good window tint. Daddy's uses 3M Color Stable window tint which is what I wanted and I admired that they don't sell cheap tint. The car was delivered back to me cleaner than when I took it in. I went to Daddy's this week after reading their reviews. I had them put a remote start alarm in my Tundra and had them tint my windows. They did a great job and their attention to detail is amazing. I took my brand new Camaro SS to Daddy's Tint and Alarm to have tint and alarm installed into my car. First of all, this car is precious to me and I was very worried about a shop not taking care of my car, as I have been taken advantage of in the past when I have left my vehicle in a shop's care. I first heard about Daddy's at work so I visited their website and read about their business, looked at their gallery and then decided to call the shop. I was pleasantly greeted on the phone and spoke with the owner himself. I received an abundance of helpful information from him and really felt at ease with his attention to detail and sense of expertise. I then decided to set up an appointment and took my car to the shop. No, it wasn't the cheapest tint and alarm in town, nor was it the most expensive, but what I received at Daddy's was absoultely priceless. After completing my invoice I was offered a ride to my home, place of work, or the movies so I did not have to sit and wait for 4 1/2 hours. Since I live across town, I was delighted to be able to have this ride. I can't tell you how impressed I am by the amount of time and attention to detail this shop has given me. I am truly grateful, my car looks fantastic, my alarm works perfectly and Daddy's has earned my future business. Don't be fooled by cheap prices, remember you get what you pay for most of the time. I am very satisfied with my Bentley that was done by DADDYs! I came there with a nightmare tint job by a cheap moblie tint guy and had them remove the other guys garbage tint to have the BEST 3M Tint installed and very happy now!! Daddy's should be your only stop when looking for the BEST job in town!! Thank you again!! On there web site my car is the 2007 Black Bentley do not get fool by fake reviews for other San Antonio Tinter! These guys are the ONLY ONE TO GO TOO!!
