Great Steaks at a great steakhouse 8/4/2002

DC's Steakhouse is a family favourite. We like to celebrate special occasions here, as well as popping in for a great steak now and then. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Its the best place to go on the plateau! more

Service inconsistent, food not 7/28/2002

The restaurant is in a strange building, but the minute you walk in you're taken out of the area. I have been to DC's possibly 20 times in the last 12 months, and the only problem is the service is sometimes quite inaddequate, and even rude. My wife and I love the food, and have very few complaints regarding it, (the garlic mashed potatoes could sometimes be hotter), but 99% of the time the food is wonderful. Do your tastebuds a favor, go to DC's. You may want to wear some earplug and blinders to ignore the server. Pros: Food, parking, free salad or soup Cons: service, noise, service more

Disappointing 7/28/2002

Accustomed to enjoying happy hour at DC's, the wife and I sat down for dinner and were terribly disappointed in the service and treatment of customers. The meals arrived 30 minutes after the appetizer and mine was the wrong order, a Prime Rib instead of a petite filet. 20 minutes later, my food arrived. After requesting the check, we waited another 20 minutes and discovered that we had been billed for the Prime Rib. I asked the waitress to correct the bill and was handed a charge for a Grand Filet. Good times on the Plateau 7/26/2002

How nice it is to have a great place for dinner in my own neighborhood. DC's Steakhouse offers you a great place to meet friends, watch a Mariner's game (or see a Mariner dining there like I did), or to eat dinner with the family all while enjoying fabulous food at a really reasonable price. The entire staff made me feel completely at home in my experience. Another great perk, when it's all over, I drive around the corner and I am home! I love this place! more
