I read the comments from sunflower and thought maybe I reveiwed this office in my sleep! I too had a partial - two teeth - done for $1000.00. It's plastic and broke within 4 hours of putting it in. When I went for my initial visit I told everyone who asked that I was in there to have the two teeth repaired. I had to watch a video on peridontal disease, then Dr. Hebert came in and went through every tooth in my mouth with an assistant. Then I had to see the office manager and she presented me with this plan for all my teeth that would have cost in the 10 thousand dollar range. When I explained, yet again, that I was in there to have the two teeth fixed, it was like I was suddenly a pariah. She finally consulted with someone in the back and said for 900.00, they could fix the two teeth, but it wouldn't last. I asked if there was something temporary they could do until I could get enough money for a more permanent solution and she said no. Since I'm not a dental professional, when she explained what I was getting, I totally misunderstood. Once they put this in my mouth, I asked if this was the permanent solution and the assistant said yes. When I commented that this was not what I wanted, everyone was in such a hurry to get me out of there. Oh, and like one of the other reviews, I saw Dr. Hebert probably a total of 30 minutes throughout both visits - and my procedure lasted two hours. This partial did not last more than 4 hours. It's a horrible fit, it's disgusting in my mouth and now I have two holes in my mouth. Then when I was checking out, they let me know they 'forgot' to charge me $60.00 on my first visit. The only good thing about the experience is they matched my other teeth perfectly and if I only had to smile, and not talk or eat ever again, it's beautiful. I will be seeing someone else to have this major mistake repaired.
Pros: Beautiful office, nice assistants
Cons: rip off
