Review content:
In my previous review, I stated I spoke with the office manager. I have since learned it was not the office manager I met with. My previous review was emailed to Bluebonnet Dental Care, and I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression about the office manager or staff. I have been back twice due to problems with the partial, and the office manager and staff have been wonderful. As I stated in my previous review, the staff is very nice and willing to help. The office manager has seen me each time and taken the time to address my concerns. I am a ninny when it comes to pain in my mouth, and they have been very patient with me. I still don't want this partial in my mouth, and will find another solution. I'm going to continue working with the staff at Bluebonnet Dental Care, and see if something can be worked out. The office manager sat down with me today and I explained what I originally wanted and she showed me what could be done. As I stated before, I'm not a dental professional so I'm not familiar with dental terms. She took the time to show me why they couldn't crown the two teeth and gave me options for the future. So far, while I'm not pleased with the partial, the staff have gone out of their way to help make the situation right. I've received many compliments on the teeth and how well they matched my other teeth.
