D & D Hummer

I am in the market for a decent used car and saw a deal at D&D hummer. Even though I didn't purchase the car, I was shocked by their business practices. They do not inspect any used cars that come in, before I took the car out on a test drive the saleman casually mentioned that the check engine and service now lights come on, but they have no idea what it means. I drove it down to my mechanic who was shocked at the state of the car, It was not even safe to drive! My mechanic looked up the car fax and found out that it had a salvage title, had been totalled three times, and had been underwater during the Iowa State flood. My mechanic showed me that D&D had even taken steps to cover up the flood damage. I am never doing business with D&D and I would not recommend them to anyone. more

Bad: service, detailing service, costumer service. Improvements: employees that know what there talking about.. Other: Don't go to D&D they don't stand by what they say.. more

When visiting newly built D & D hummer dealership; across i80 road, i had only one car on my mind. A Hummer. Looking around the dealership their must of been over a 100 hummers for me to choose from. Nothing really special about each one except the different body color. They just don't carry hummers, but a place having the name "hummer" in their title you would think they would have more. more
