Working with Chad was an experience we will not forget. We met a bride and her groom months before we decided on our venue (BOHC) and she couldn’t say enough great things about the venue and Chad. We did decide on BOHC because it was beautiful! Of course we had no idea what to do next! Chad quickly gave us direction. Our wedding experience seemed to have been one of the easiest projects we could have done. Chad had answers and ideas for us along with wonderful recommendations. \r Speaking with Chad, he has a very calming personality and we really felt as though our wedding day was in the best hands. If there was something my husband and I didn’t mention, Chad made sure to bring it to our attention. He never once made us feel like he was selling a product to us. Our tasting was a fantastic event in itself. Seemed like a great option, and overall it all worked out.... BUT....\r \r While it is a good deal for the price, and the overall experience was fine, thanks to our guests being understanding.... however, I don't think I could use cutting edge again. The only saving grace of the night were the servers, they were very polite and efficient. CEC's food was just okay, and the appetizers were nothing like what they were advertised to be.\r \r The manager for the night of the event was very unsure of herself and then snippy, then the Bartender was nothing but rude, to everyone - including the groom!! \r Then, we were promised a few different accomidations by CEC, such as two bartenders - we only had ONE for over a hundred people, unacceptable!! And we were also assured that the live band could store their cases and themselves in a different room until it was time for the to perform which they were not allowed to do, so they cramped themselves in a corner. \r CEC started out friendly and accomi more

Horrible! My Husband and I were using them for our wedding, they were wonderful until we had to cancel. My husband's brother was in a car accident and was on life support. After that Chad was so rude. Every other vender has worked with us. When I called to say that we needed to postpone due to a family emergency Chad's exact words were "Well what's the family emergency?". When I told him there was no sympathy. I will never work with this company again because of him. more

We used Cutting Edge for our wedding and everything was wonderful. Starting with Chad and Michele in the office for the planning stage and finishing with the wait staff at the end of the night. I called Chad to arranged for the staff to make some last minute fixes in the hall, Done! The wait staff and bartender did a fantastic job serving our guest. The food was excellent. The waitress even washed our toasting glasses and serving knife. I will recommend Cutting Edge to everyone! Thanx to them for make our day fabulous! more

My experience with CEC was great at first. They were friendly and helpful..telling me that they would take care of putting out my center pcs., favors, cake knifes, guest cards, etc... which was great for a busy bride. On our wedding day (8-7-10) we ended up being 30min late to the Introductions which I understand was putting things behind, everyone knows that weddings never go as planned but it was no reason for the way some of the staff treated my guests. The women in charge was by far the worst. She yanked my guest plate out from in front of him then turned to him and says "Oh, were you finished". The next day I had asked a couple of people what they had thought about the wait staff and they had begun to inform me that they gave people a hard time when they tried to use the rest room before the reception started, that when they put out the appetizers there were no plates so a couple of guests went over to the buffet table and took a plate from there until the same lady came scream more

The event coordinator, Chad, was very rude to my wife and I following our wedding reception. As a gift, one of our guests created a personalized, customized cake topper. This gift was ruined by the staff, and he would not allow us to speak to the owner or the young man responsible for the event. No effort was made to understand our situation or to take any responsibility for the wrong that was made. He refused to relay our message to the owner. The reason this upset my wife and I so much is that we were not allowed to bring in our own cake. The compromise was that our family could bring in a custom cake topper. Online these go for several hundred dollars.\r \r The food was bland and a little cold. The bar was overpriced for what we got. The waiters were very friendly though.\r \r If you do not find working with difficult and uncaring individuals, Cutting Edge Catering is fine. Otherwise, I strongly recommend paying a little more to go somewhere else. more

Michelle is the easiest person to work with! We use her every year for a 500 person event and she even helps us rent the tables and chairs. Her food is excellent and prices are reasonable. She is dependable, reliable and quality is always there. It is always a pleasure to do business with her and she has always given us great menu suggestions and ideas. more
