We took our new puppy to this office for her first appointment yesterday and had a very unsatisfactory experience. We waited in the lobby for an hour then waited an additional 20 minutes in the room before we saw the doctor. By the end of things, we were there for almost 2 hours and not one person, including the doctor, apologized for such an extreme delay. Also, he recommended a test that isn't typically recommended for a puppy of 11 weeks old and was unable to really substantiate why he was doing it. Overall, it was very frustrating and I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.
