My sister and I have dealt with Crystal Findings for YEARS! and have not had any problems. At one point we was order weekly, our products was sent to us very fast. They have A1 quaility and as a professional beader/artist. I will continue to do business with them. more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! 5/25/2011

Buyer Beware!!!! I have ordered several times and have had nothing but issues with all of my orders. Any time I bring it to there attention they say it is my fault or start acting like they don't speak English language. I will never order here again and will tell all my fellow beading friends also. It is a shame because they have some great things, but I can not and will not order and deal with there customer abuse. If I could pick 1/4 of a star I would!!!!!! more
