Love a challenge? CrossFit FCH is for YOU! 10/14/2011

Its hard to sum up what CrossFit FCH but basically its is like no other workout I've ever done. I was looking for something besides the cookie cutter jumbo gym and I've found it. Each day is a new and exciting and even challenging -- especially for someone with limited workout experience (I've done step aerobis and zumba but not much weight training). The other members are friendly and there are all levels of fitness that attend classes. This gym is for people like me who don't like running on the treadmill or lifting weights alone. I love the coaches and the personal attention I get. I will be recommending CrossFit FCH to all my friends! more

Hardcore Workout... Feel the Burn!! 9/23/2011

O-M-G!!....I am almost down 10 lbs. since I signed up with Cross Fit 3 weeks ago. The fitness coaches are dynamic and I really enjoy the intimate workout sessions. No day is ever the same so you never get bored with the same routine. If you are looking to get back in shape and tone up, this gym has all that you are looking for and then some. Free Saturday morning workouts, give it a shot it is totally worth it!! -- Tammara more

FCH will change your life 8/19/2011

Crossfit FCH is awesome. Every time I go there I work my tail off and so does everyone else in there. I always leave feeling like I accomplished something. I've lost 30lbs in six months. I don't have back pain anymore and I just feel great. The coaches and members are really good people very friendly and they will help you reach your goals. This gym has a great setup with plenty of space to run and do all kinds of stuff. I would recommend this gym to anyone no matter their level of fitness or their fitness goals more

FUN PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL 8/16/2011

Five stars why? It is a really good sized warehouse, its got a lot of equipment, and the people are not just strutting around like its fashion week on fifth ave. This gym is perfect for anyone who is trying to get the feeling of accomplishment when it comes to working out. I love this gym, and I love the Coaches. This is coming from somewho is a trainer/athlete, when I started at CrossFit FCH I really believed I was in top shape “WRONG”, but thanks to my great coaches I am well on my way. On top of everything else its affordable. more
