Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable 5/11/2018

Tom was out to inspect my house the same day I called. He's friendly and knowledgeable about bats and other critters! When you have bats in your house, the problem can't get fixed soon enough, but I feel confident that Critter Control will do everything in their power to get the job done as soon as possible. I appreciate it that the serviceman who comes out to inspect is the same person who will do the work. That's a good way to build a working relationship right away. Tom answered all my questions and he represents the company well. The price seems very fair and I'm happy with that. Looking forward to getting the critters out of my house! more

Very professional 12/18/2017

Happy so far. No evidence of mice in the house. Did not receive a report on bait station activity as I had requested when we set up the service. Hopefully that will be corrected when they come back next month. more

I appreciate having Richard check my bait traps. He is thorough,and let's me know the results of the previous month's activity.   • Omaha's Lied Jungle is the largest indoor rain forest, and the Desert Dome covers the largest indoor desert. We have underground water reserves, botanical gardens, nature parks, and the Missouri River. With resources like these, it's no wonder we have a wide variety of wildlife in the area.



    You don't have to go to the Henry Dooly Zoo and Aquarium or the Simmons Conservation Park to see wildlife, however. You can find them roaming your neighborhoods and in your yard, searching for food, water, and shelter.
