Tom was out to inspect my house the same day I called. He's friendly and knowledgeable about bats and other critters! When you have bats in your house, the problem can't get fixed soon enough, but I feel confident that Critter Control will do everything in their power to get the job done as soon as possible. I appreciate it that the serviceman who comes out to inspect is the same person who will do the work. That's a good way to build a working relationship right away. Tom answered all my questions and he represents the company well. The price seems very fair and I'm happy with that. Looking forward to getting the critters out of my house!
