The Men who came out were kind, courteous, and conscientious. They did a good job, went over the work that they did, and also cleaned up. They were thoughtful, and gave me feed back, and petted my dog (who was not the critter that they were after) Thank you for the Service they rendered. more

Richard was very professional and helpful. He saw that some of the vents on my house had not been screened and made a point to let me know and assured me that he would come back and do it. He returned within two days and completed the job. I am very happy with his work. more

We were very pleased with the job Jeff did for us getting rid of 2 raccoons living on our roof. He came when he said he would and did a thoroughly professional job. more

Richard was very easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and tried to accommodate to the best of his ability. He called before he arrived (as I requested) and arrived within the arrival window given by the company. I would happily work with Richard for any future issues. However, I absolutely can not recommend the company with whom he is employed. Bottom line: I had to go into the crawl space myself to confirm the presence/absence of dead rodents because the company was unable to dispatch anyone who was able to provide the primary service I requested. Richard I would give five stars -Critter Control of Portland? Negative 5 stars. If I had known then what I know now, I would have just gone down in the crawl space myself to begin with and saved my money. They did not do an internal crawlspace inspection to determine whether or not there were any additional dead rodents in the crawl space. That is what I initially requested and paid for but did not receive. more

We were hoping to catch a raccoon, but it turned out to be a skunk! Great service from both Melissa and Paul. Also Josh, the initial contact. They all took the time to help me get that critter! Hope that's the last I will see of it and can re-install my water system. Thank you for good work. Really liked the daily update! more

Cathy G. the technical staff, seemed competent. But she ignores customer requests. I asked her to ring the doorbell so i could see what she was doing on my property. She did not. rather, she turned up at 6 am and I consider this a punitive measure for my request. more

So far so good. Jessica was very helpful over the phone and Mike G. was great in person. After the Raccoon leaves then a Chimney Cap will be put on by Critter Control. I like the idea of a complete job. We don't have to think about climbing on roof and trying to install cap. more

The Critter Control team is very professional, friendly and timely. We had them come and bait and remove rats, then close up the house to protect against future infestations. more

Never thought we have to deal with underground squirrels in this area. We first saw it with a burrow dug up leading to underneath of our driveway. We didn't see it for three weeks and about a week now, we have been smelling something like a "dead fish smell" in the house, but couldn't figured out what it was or where it came from, until one day when the heat kicked in with the overwhelming order mixed in. We called Portland Critter Control and Tim was able to schedule me in last minute for a next day visit. Tim showed up on time, very professional and well equipped. First narrowed down and identified the area with the strongest order, then explained the process. Less than 10 minutes after he started, he spotted the dead squirrel and took care of it. The whole process took less than 20 minutes! Not only he took care of the issue for us, he also check other areas in the crawl space in helping us to prevent things like this from happening again! Not only he was professional, he also was very considerate. If I ever have to hire someone again for this type of job; I hope I don't, but Tim, Critter Control Portland would be my top choice! more
