While Creature Castle has a great selection, I have not had good experience. First of all, I've seen them SMOKE in the store. On my last visit on Wednesday, I could smell that someone had been smoking the second I walked in. This makes me upset on many different levels. Unfortunately, I was in the search for a rabbit and fell in love with the cutest and sweetest baby bunny. She died four days later. I have not spoken to the store about it yet, seeing as how they're not open, but I do believe they will be friendly about the situation. I just think they should be more careful about selling you sick animals (ours had worms and sores on it, all of which were not evident at the time of purchase) also, why anyone would smoke in their pet store is beyond me.
