Great food and service, I'm partial to their soups and sandwiches. Typical family style place, always bustling and noisy. Pros: Good food, Good service, cool country store, parking-no problem Cons: Country store is a mine field for young children. more

GREAT COMFORT FOOD! 11/5/2004

Although the breakfast steak isn't marinated the same way it is in the southern cracker barrel's and you actually have to request the grits up here in WI, it's still great and they still have the best chicken & dumplings I have ever had in my life! Prices low, and the fireplace stoked in the winter. I love this place! Pros: Fireplace, Great comfort food, Low Prices more
