OUTSTANDING! 2/24/2010

We'd relocated here just 2 weeks before we had our accident ~ didn't know a soul, had no idea where to take our car for repairs. But a friend in Roanoke told us to find Mickey, ""a genius when it comes to body work."" Our good fortune, we found a TRIO of geniuses @ Crabtree! I can't tell you how very pleased we are with the work done on our car. Mick did the body work, Johnny both prepped for paint and then did the clean up and Bobby did the paint job. Their attention to detail and their demand for excellence is just positively outstanding! These men truly worked magic on my little ol' car; honestly, it looks like I just drove out of the showroom!! I have absolutely no reservations about recommending these fellows @ Crabtree. more

Great Dealership 11/1/2005

Crabtree Buick Pontiac is one of the best dealerships in the Bristol area. We have had body repair to a vehicle completed there, and were completely satisfied with the job they performed. They also completed the work in less time than they estimated. We will shop here again! more

Keeps Me Buying GM!! 9/4/2005

I am writing in regards to Crabtree repairs. There has never been a time when I felt I didn't receive first class service. As a woman, I know there are places that don't treat women very well when it comes to automotive repairs. I am happy to say Crabtree is NOT that way. I am always treated with respect. They do the necessary repairs but I have never felt they do more than they feel is necessary. I would recommend this to anyone, men and women. As a plus there is also a nice waiting area. more
