My family had a horse scheduled to be shipped from Illinois to Maine, but when we tried to confirm the date, a female (Mike's wife?) was rude to my daughter, "find someone else", ...

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE 5/14/2011

Very bad experience. Kept my horse in an unknown ""holding"" area for 4 days, kept postponing delivery, horse is STILL no where to be found! When I called to complain, Mike Cox became extremely belligerent and told me never to call him again. Horrible experience. more
