Absolutely a Delight to work with! If it weren't for the people at this repair facility, my elderly aunts car would never have been fixed by our insurance company. Having previous records and remembering (not looking up) what maintenance had been done to her car made the difference between a new engine or a sell for parts! That's old fashioned personal care and service. They look out for your family and I couldn't leave my aunt in better hands! (if my mom lived closer, they would be taking care of her car too!)\r

Many phone calls were necessary due to communicating with adjusters and insurance. Each was directed quickly to the correct person, questions were answered with patience and most of all with kindness- each and every call! I work as a personal assistant and make calls to companies all day long...this one is rated on top in my books!
