To all of you that have had a negative experience with Courtesy, I am truly sorry. I bought a 2006 SRX from Bob Smith who went out of business but before they did they rotated the tires on my car.....which are not to be rotated. I had brown "acid rain" spots show up on my hood after a very short time. Al Thomas, who sold me my car and later moved to Courtesy, contacted me and had me bring my car in so they could take a look at it. The service department didn't see where they could do anything to help me. I called Cadillac Assist, was assigned a "case worker". The GM representative met me at Courtesy, looked at my car and agreed that the hood should be painted. They split the cost with me and they handled all of it. While there the GM rep looked at the "cupping" of my tires and saw what the Certified GM mechanic had done and ordered me a new set of tires, put them on and didn't charge me . I had other minor cosmetic problems but Courtesy and the GM Rep took care of them. They more

Where should I start. The sales team do not know how to deal they are the only Cadillac dealer in about 70 miles and they act like it. They do not think anyone will drive that far for a better deal. The service shop will rip you off when ever they can.. One of the service Advisors who has been there the longest will over sell services that are not needed. There is no need for a brake fluid flush or a powers steering fluid flush. The service Manager is nothing but a kid who was washing cars only a few years ago. He curses at his people under them and talks about them behind there backs to other employees. I guess he thinks that gives him respect. The mechanics only cars about them selves and not the customers. I took my vehicle in there for an oil change and they said it needed ove $1,700,00 worth of work. And tried to charge me a fee of $79.95 i did not authorize any fee. I only wanted an oil change. G.M. tried to close the dealership down about 3 years ago but some how got our local U more

Had an overall good experience. The salesmen were very nice and just showed me what I asked for no questions. Were not pushy which was good because I wasn't ready to buy. I ended up buying elsewhere later which I wish I didn't because I got ripped off I feel. I took my truck to get serviced at Courtesy tho and they were very fair. Even better was the knowledge and skill of there techs. This is where I will be taking my truck from now on for service. more

just wanted to let everyone that reads this that i am the service manager at courtesy. i am a honest person and try to run a honest shop. now for the wake up notice courtesy is a car dealership if you come here to look at cars we will try to sell you one , if you come into our shop we do charge for our time. we do not charge if you dont authorize. all of our prices are competetive with other dealers. our techs are the best in the area. can we satisfy everyone? no ...but we sure try hard more

Overpriced because they're the only show in town 5/4/2009

We ended up with a Cadillac when a family member passed away. When the security system shut it down I had it towed to "Courtesy" to have the codes read from the computer and reset, telling them specifically NOT to dismantle anything. The next thing I knew they'd taken apart the ignition cylinder and were charging me $500 to replace it. What choice did I have? And they knew it. Outrageous business practices and overpriced everything. Stay away is right. I'd never buy a thing from them if I could avoid it. more

Best buying experience ever. Salesperson (Muffy) very knowledgable and honest. Met all our needs. Met Mary Jane Service Mgr. a breath of fresh air. The entire staff was warm and pleasant. Would recommend to everyone!! more

Do not enter!!! They will try to rob you at every corner. Unfair practices and fees. Dishonest beyond all means. Mary Jane is the head of the clan so if you are going to deal with the best of the worse you might as well start with her. more
