City inspection needed finalizing for the 3rd time after Church services installed a HVAC system in my condo. When I called to set the appointment I reminded them 2 times to bring extention ladder because as they should be aware the ac unit is on the roof of the 2 story condo. Inspector showed up at 10:30 and no Church Services, no ladder and the work they did inside got red flagged again. I will not use them again. more

Bad service 8/1/2012

I would not recommend this company to anyone, and did more damage then they fixed. We had to call another company out to fix what This Services damaged. I have spoken to several managers from This Services, and they informed me that a refund in the amount of $499.00 would be applied back to my credit card. 30 Days later we are still waiting on credit, and they refused to call me back. I have filed a lawsuit against this company. more

Very professional 6/8/2011

Having a/c problems and found old receipt for service call from April, 2003. Technician was Tom and he was very professional (not to mention kind and polite). Repair was done at a reasonable rate on the same day I called. Took a chance today and called number from old ticket and Tom answered the phone. He said he would not be coming but would send his nephew, Dave. He was at my house within 2 hours and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Dave was very friendly while being professional He turned my miserable day into a most pleasurable experience. I would recommend their company to anyone. more
