Awful, Awful, Awful. Owner was very rude. Took over two months to get our firepleace fixed. Technician left a wire uncapped which later almost started a fire in our home. Owner Dominic had no reaction to this and just insisted his technichian would never do that normally(Come on we all make mistakes at least do something about it or show a sincere apology!). On top of that the new part we needed was blown out by the technician requiring him to have to come back again. We were charged for service before it was even rendered and before the problem was even fixed(Awesome business practice). A family member also had a horrible experience I only wish I knew before we hired these morons. STAY AWAY! more

DON'T BUY FROM THESE UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE 3/5/2012

The store might be attractive however, the people working there are NOT!!! I tried to get some help from them with my outdoor grill, they are the reps for my grill in the area. I called 4 times went in once and they never once even tried to get the parts to repair the grill even though the parts were available. In my opinion, Country Stove Pation & Spa can take a flying leap to you know where.....will never deal with them again and strongly suggest that you dont either. By the way, the gril was purchased new from them.....guess after service is not in their vocabulary. more
