Cost Cutters

Do NOT go to get your hair colored here!!! I went to get highlights to my hair stating that I want an overall lighter look and to cover my little darker roots. First, they didn't even dry my hair when they were done and had me walk home with wet hair. When I got home and my hair had dried I noticed that the highlights started almost an inch from the roots, and my hair had orange highlights! I called them up and said that I wasn't satisfied with my hair color. All the stylist said was that she TRIED to get the color as close to the roots as possible and that it's HARD to make the color blonde when you have darker color in the hair. Clearly she didn't have any idea what she was doing. I wish she would have told me that before putting any color on my hair. more

I am not exaggerating!!! the worst phucking dive in the universe. unbelievable. my hair looks like it was cut with a damn lawnmower. sides are crappy sideburns are crooked and my bangs are gone (im 19 had the whole bangs swooped over to one side ""zac efron"" thpe hair style.now i look like i have down syndrome or something just an insanely bad haircut. i wasnt greeted as i came in not a sole to be found until a lady appeared talking on her cell. a private call i presume. looked at me standing at the counter..and nothing no hello nada. about 5min of standing around a 2nd unkempt lard of a women emerged from possibly a cave in the back and sat me down to do her worst. she may have been drunk not sure. seemed unsteady with her hands and feet as she stumbled letting her gut graze my face as if to say hi every now and then. extremely unprofessionally. i should have gotten up and walked out. i have to go to a real hair professional and spend like $50 to have my hair fixed. more

I have been to this location some 10 times or so now and only once out of the ten was I dissatisfied. Not bad plus if you are not satisfied, they will try and make it right. more

One extremely unprofessional ""stylist"", didn't listen to client, client's hair had to be buzzed off to fix the choppy disaster. Client went home devastated. ""Stylist"" asked how much tip to add to bill. Mom felt obligated to pay for cut and tip, both undeserved. Business just lost 4 customers. more
