Coronado Landscaping does not honor the 1 year warranty on plantings. They do not finish projects in a timely matter and in my case the final cost was almost twice the estimated cost! My landscaping was completed in July 2006 and consisted of 8 pallets of grass, 2 rocked in areas, 6 bushes in the rock areas, and bend-a-board borders on pre-existing flower beds. Starting in May of 2007, I have placed 16 phone calls to the office and only 2 have been returned (14 of them were answered in person - 2 messages were left on the answering machine). Mr. Coronado met with me in June 2006 and promised to replace 1 pallet of grass and 3 bushes on June 20th. I never recieved another phone call and never recieved to replacement plantings. I continued to call and in June of this year (2008) Mr. Coronado once again came into my backyard and he remembered that he said he would replace the plants and again promised that in one week he would deliver and install 1 pallet of grass and 3 bushes. It is July 25th, 2008 and the office will not return phone calls. DO NOT use this landscaping service. They have always performed their requested tasks in an outstanding manner such as the landscaping of our front yard and back yard areas! When asked to work on my sprinkler system, although they did not install it themselves, they were quick to respond,find and solve the problem in minimal time! They have also installed a walkway with stepping stones on the side of the house that has been used as the example for others to use as their walkways. We have always been impressed with Coronado's people on the job as being courteous, professional, and friendly but most of all respectful of the personal property they were working on! They left the area as clean or cleaner than when they arrived and of course more beautiful as well! I would always recommend Coronado and have recommended them to my neighbors as a matter of fact the neighbors to both the left and right of me, in our Cul-de-Sac have also used them for landscaping jobs and seemed to be as satisfied as I have!
