Brian & Staff were wonderful. We had my father's wake at Copper Canyon for over 50 people. The food was awesome, the service was great. We had family members from Florida, California, Oregon & Washington who said the food would rival anywhere they've eaten in Boca Raton, LA area, Portland & Seattle. Highly recommend. more

Don't Forget Dessert 4/6/2006

Oh, if you go to Copper Canyon you will not be sorry. I suggest it for “date night”, leave the kids at home and have a nice night out with your spouse. Their lava cake (dessert) is definitely delicious and will just melt in your mouth. Their duck is so tender, you will not need a knife. Also, be sure to try the cheesecake appetizer, it is quite elegant and a great start to what will definitely be a memorable meal. more

Best food in Nampa 8/18/2005

Run and managed by an exquisitely skilled and meticulous chef, the Copper Canyon offers the best opportunity for great food in Nampa (and is on par with Boise's best establishments). Their prices are high enough to make a visit a "special occasion" experience for us, but the quality of the food certainly justifies the cost. The menu is inventive and never dull. The Copper Canyon is a must visit for anyone who has ever wanted to have a nice date and stay in Canyon County (a daunting prospect). more
