I have used Cool air for both residential as well as commercial purposes. I believe they are dependable and honest folks, qualities that are very rare today. Whenever I call for their services, they would always arrive on time. The technicians they sent are courteous and skilled. The price is always the same as the quote I get on the phone. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL CON MEN! AND THEY WILL BREAK YOUR UNIT!\r \r After the first visit to clean the AC unit there was a leak that caused water damage in one door and the ceiling. They never addressed that damage.\r \r After trying to fix the leak for the 2nd time they caused a short-circuit and they had to take the coil out to fix it, and they did, but they left the thermostat non-functional. They never fixed it, but even asked $400 to get us a new one. We said no thanks!\r \r I paid over $900 for the cleaning of the system originally and they told me that they will come back a second time in the year for another cleaning. When they did, they said that the cleaning was not included, just the visual check up and draining.\r more

This is not the 1st time I have dealt with your company. Within 2 months we have needed your company to serve our unit 2 times. Both times the service has been incredible. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous gentleman have come out. They treated us and our home with respect. Both Gianni and Shai (Shai came both times) are employees to be very proud of. They explained everything to us and helped us understand the work that was necessary. They truly outdid themselves and went above and beyond. I will always recommed this company! Today two gentlemen from your company came over my house to install a new unit. I am taking my time to let you know that Dante and Dan were very professional and that they exceeded my expectation on the work that they did. I will to also say that Shawn which I did not had the opportunity to meet was also very professional in calling and set it up the appointment to have my unit replaced. I hope you continue to hire people like these guys that take pride in their work and it shows that they really enjoy their trade. more
