Cool Air Technologies

I first found out about Cool Air Technologies from the door hanger they left at my house. When I needed to upgrade my heating and air system, I gave them a call. When the salesman came out, he was very easy going. There was no pressure to buy. I decided on a product, and they installed it for me. Cool Air gave me a whole new system. I got a new furnace, a new air conditioner, and all new ducts. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly, very down to earth. The installation was stress-free, and I was comfortable with them being in my home. It was a good experience. more

A few years back, my AC unit was breaking down. I asked my neighbor who they used to service their system. I called that company and they came out and after making multiple trips out to fix my unit and over $600 later, they informed me that I needed a whole new unit. When I asked how much that would cost, I couldn't believe the price! I decided to search out another company for a second opinion. A friend found Cool Air Technologies - Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Service online. Bill came out to check out my system. It turned out that it only needed some freon, and it's been working great since Bill's first visit! That was a few years ago, and since then Bill has let me know that I'll probably only get another year or two out of my unit, and I asked what a new unit would cost and the price he quoted was half of what the other company had told me! I was bowled over! Bill is genuinely a great guy with a really good personality. He comes when he says he'll be there and he is honest and trustworthy. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anybody! more

I'm in the real estate business. When I refer someone, I need to have the confidence that they are good, or else it will come back to me. I change vendors often, but I have been referring Cool Air Technologies for the last eight years without a single problem. I have never had any complaints about them from anyone, and I find that astounding. Cool Air just have a nice way about them. They do what needs to be done, in a reasonable and rational way. I had a problem with my heating system in February. I found a company online and had them come out. They were a big company with high ratings and positive reviews. However, their technician seemed really lazy about things and suggested that I simply invest in a whole new furnace for over two thousand dollars! I called Cool Air Technologies for a second opinion. The technician came around and spent a long time with me diagnosing the problem and explaining in a clear and logical way the nature of the problem. He was able to identify the issue and come up with a reasonable solution. He was able to replace the part for half what a new system would have cost me with the other company. I valued his attention to detail and how he took the time to explain everything to me and I really appreciated that. He also gave me great advice about a few other issues I was having with heating which were very useful. I highly recommend them to anybody and definitely will use them again for future service needs. more

Cool Air Technologies replaced our furnace and then also later our air conditioner. I tried them after I had tried two other well known chain service providers who had terrible customer service. I called Cool Air, after finding them highly recommended on Angie's List, and talked to Trish. She really listed to what I experienced with the other companies and really understood. She had Bill come out right away. It was December, I had two 14 month old twins, and no heater. He was right on top of it, explained what was wrong and why it had to be replaced. He showed me what they were seeing. He was very clear and very specific, so that I didn't feel like he was just talking at me and telling me that I needed a new furnace. When they came to replace the furnace they were also really thorough and showed me the defects of the previous furnace, so I trusted what they had to say. They really took care of it. The two guys who came out were really polite, clean, and conscientious. Bill also checked the cooler, told me that it was really old, and that it might be possible to get more years out of it. The next summer it went out, and we had Cool Air Technologies come back out. It was another great experience. They are always very quick, conscientious, and they keep us updated on everything. They also explain everything very well. I never felt as though I was in the dark. They were clear and informative. I recommended them to my dad, and he had them replace his heater as well. more

I've used Cool Air Technologies several times and have had wonderful experiences each time. I've recommended them to all of my friends and family members too. The owner has such a great work ethic. He was fair and open with us, and in this day and age, that's hard to find especially when dealing with money. My AC was on the fritz and I called him and he was able to come out immediately. I was amazed that he could get here so quickly, especially when everyone wants everything done yesterday! It didn't cost me an arm and a leg, thankfully, and he was completely up front with everything. I highly recommend him, especially if all you want is an honest solution at a good price! more

Cool Air Technologies was really great! When Bill came over, that was the gentleman who worked on our home, he just gave us the most information about what our options were. I had talked to some other people, and they were always giving me the worst case scenario. Bill really gave us more options, and he was always very helpful. We have an older house, and when we needed them, they were quick to respond. Both Trish and Bill have been very helpful. They were great! more

I phoned several companies to have someone to come out to fix my heater and I was told I had to invest in a new one from some other companies; well my Friend asked me to make one more call and see what they had to say. Well I did not have to replace it at all the gentalmen came in told me that the only thing that was wrong with my heater was that someone turned off the gas to the heater and Cool Air Technologies was honest about what was going on with my heater. I would not trust Econo Air and the other companies out there. I have told so many people about them and they all agree that they are very HONEST when it comes to Heating and AIR. more

In the middle of the summer's worst heat wave my air conditioner broke. I called several companies that sent their sales people out. I felt pressured and did not have a good feeling about the whole process.\r \r Then a neighbor told me about a company that had just installed his airconditioner. They are family owned and operated. Bill, the owner, came out personally to give me a bid. I appreciated how he took his time to explain everything to me without any pressure. I agreed on the quote given (Even less then the 3 other companies had quoted) and they did the job within a few days. The installation crew was amazing! From start to finish it was the best experience with a service company that I have ever had!!! Would HIGHLY recommend this company!\r 5 Stars all the way!!!!
