They diagnosed and fixed in one day problems that other, larger companies had never been able to fix. This is our A/C company now! more

Good price, great work, and very friendly! 8/30/2013

We just bought a house that had an existing furnace, but no air conditioning. So we had Cool Air Technologies come out and they added an air conditioning unit onto the furnace. They also ran some duct work and fixed up the furnace because the furnace had some issues. They did a really great job. They were very efficient, were on time, and were friendly. They told us what they were doing as they went along. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody and if I need work done again I will use them. I think their price was fair and they did really nice work. more

Would use again and recommendd--A+ all around 8/29/2013

Cool Air Technologies came out to check our air conditioning which had stopped working. We were hopeful that it would be a fix. Unfortunately, it was not repairable and so they replaced it. We've used them before and we've just had the best possible experience with them. They're on time and super responsive. We were only out of air for a couple of days. Most of that time was us trying to decide what to do and then they had to order the unit. Everything was done in a timely manner and they took care of everything. They were quick and now we're all cooled off! more

Reliable, efficient, prompt, informative 8/26/2013

We called Cool Air Technologies - Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Service when we were doing some remodeling in our home. We hired them to move our air conditioner. We were very happy with the service they provided. We had a great time chatting with the gentleman who came to do the service. We eventually called him back to install a new air conditioner, and so far, we've been very pleased. They are reliable, efficient, prompt, and informative. They explained everything that they were doing and why. They're great at following up, too. They were very responsive when we called to ask about something else, and that says a lot about a company nowadays. They were a little more pricey, but they work with efficiency, and we would definitely use them again. more

I used Cool Air Technologies to install a new air conditioning system and heater. They did a very professional job. They were very considerate. They went out of their way to protect my property and to not disturb me. They were just very thorough and diligent and very nice people. I would recommend them without giving it a second thought. more

I've used Cool Air Technologies for two or three months. They installed an air conditioning unit for me. Everything went fine. They were quick and efficient. And their prices are better than everybody else's. more

Work done well overall, but with a few errors. 7/17/2013

Cool Air Technologies installed a new AC central air system at my home. I initially decided to go with them because the estimate process was very upfront and thorough compared to other companies. The guy giving the estimate showed me every minute detail of the work to be done, which I really appreciated. The work was done well overall, but I can't give a perfect score for the total experience. Unfortunately, the servicemen damaged one of my walls with a tool, didn't do much of a followup after finishing, and replaced my original, fairly high-end thermostat with one of a lower quality. more

Knowledgeable, nice, timely, and get the job done 7/1/2013

Cool Air Technologies replaced all of our ducts that were leaking. Last winter our furnace was discovered to have leaks and was replaced too. In the summer, our AC condenser was fried and they replaced. We've been a customer for about two years now. We got them as a recommendation on Angie's List and they've lived up to their reputation. Cool Air Technologies are probably not the cheapest, but we went with them and we're not disappointed. They know what they're doing, they're nice to do business with, they show up on time, and they get the job done. more

Replaced our heater, air conditioner, and ducts 5/8/2013

Cool Air Techonologies replaced our heater, AC unit, and our ducts. It was a rather large project and they did a good job of keeping things clean during and afterwards. We are happy with how everything is working and happy with the ventilation in our house thus far, so we would recommend them. more

In the past, Cool Air Technologies did our annual air conditioning service. We though they were fair when they serviced our old unit, which is why we chose them to install a new system when it came time to do so. They did very well on the installation. more

Cool Air Technologies - Heating and Air Conditioning Repair Service is great. They were in and out very quickly. They were wonderful. I was sick and they were very respectful of the fact that I didn't feel well. Everything worked great and they did everything for a good price. I am very happy with everything. Cool Air Technologies provided a professional service with excellent results 2/4/2013

Cool Air Technologies was really good. They were very timely and always called ahead. From the estimate to the actual work, they would give us a time frame for when they would show up and then also call ahead to tell us specifically when they would be here. They were also very helpful. If they found an issue, they would let us know. For example, they found a problem with our existing duct system. They were very helpful in explaining issues with existing system as well as fixing it. They were also careful about keeping the house clean. They were helpful, professional and timely. more

They came out and installed two furnaces in our rental apartments. Things turned out great. They came out, did the job, and now everything works great. They cleaned up everything afterwards, they were very professional. more

Very Good. 12/18/2012

They came out to repair our old AC twice, then it broke down in a really bad heat wave, and we had to totally replace it. They came when they said the would, and they cleaned up. We had a one foot thick pad of concrete that the AC was sitting on, and it was in front of a window. They weren't equipped to remove it, but broke it down with sledge hammer, and relocated the AC unit. We had to have it removed later. This wasn't their fault. We also ended up needing a larger sized pipe that they didn't have at the moment, and they went back for it and didn't charge us. There were no surprise charges, and they cleaned up. more

Highly reliable 10/1/2012

Cool Air Technologies came in with a quick response to service our air conditioner. Once they were here, they determined that it had to be replaced. They got that taken care of the very next day. They were a pleasure to do business with. more
