$125 to replace one headlamp is excessive.

They are no means a bargain or cheap. I thought my quote was very high and paid more than I should have . all that being said they did a timely and awesome job. I got it back with zero problems and I would go back. more

Amazing service in a clean friendly environment 7/28/2015

As a customer I was used to the Jiffy Lube service. The is a welcomed change in my oil change location. The staff was very kind , and the office was clean as well. I could tell the go the extra mile to service their customers and don't try and price gouge you like other places. I will return. more

Handles my Fixit so quick. Only comment they should have checked and topped off all my fluids . 1 was missed the diesel additive . Understandable but the dealer tops it off always . The light came on for the additive 2 days after I got the car back . When they found out when I showed up they jumped on it right away . Still very conserned to fix it quickly great people ;-) more

Continually Disappointed! 2/22/2015

Each time I come in for service I anticipate that my final bill is going to be higher than what was quoted. That has been the norm with other car repair shops. For the past five years that I've been bringing in my car for service, they always charge lower than what they estimate. They are so nice and personable, to boot! Love this place! more

I brought my Toyota Corolla for a 120k mile service today. I was a bit apprehensive bringing in my car here because I usually take my car to the Toyota dealership. I didn't know if I would pay the same and if the service would be of equal value. I was happily surprised that the estimate was lower than the dealership's and how friendly and courteous everyone was. Connie & Dick's won me over today with their service. They didn't over charge me and they did everything plus more than the dealership would have done. My car was due for a smog test and they offered to drive it over to the smog shop and get it done while I waited. That saved me time! One other perk is while you wait for your car, they offer you free Starbucks coffee and snacks. Claremont colleges are within walking distance so I went on a beautiful walk while I waited for my car. They treated me and my car very well so I'll definitely be back. more
