The guy behind the front desk was great. Very helpful, professional, and enjoyable to work with. The owner was not so much. He refused to honor the warranty for his work. \r

He replaced a broken iPad screen for me, and within two weeks, the screen was coming off. It's as if the adhesive he used didn't work. To make matters worse, the screen started to pull away in places that caused another crack to form along the bottom of the screen. When I took it back in, the owner said that this problem was not covered under warranty. He refused to tell me what the warranty covered but said that the screen coming up due to bad adhesive was not covered. \r

This was after the guy behind the front desk said that it should be covered when he checked in the product for the warranty work. The front desk guy said that they don't like to do warranty work and laughed when he saw that the owner's work was the work that required use of the warranty. \r

In summary - dishonest owner who refuses to stand by his work. If you don't take pride in your work, you don't deserve more customers.
