Computer Mega Mall

I spilled water on my MacBook pro. I took my computer to First Tech and was charged $65 to tell me that it would cost $700 to repair it. I was so disappointed and desperate to find a MacBook pro that was newer than what I had but I didn't want to pay a fortune for one. Someone told me about Computer Mega Mall and I am sooo glad they did. I found just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. \r \r They worked with me and took good care of me as a customer. I am grateful for the help and will tell everyone I know about this place. Thanks Guys!!!! more

lower your prices, you carry old garbage! just saw an add on craigslist for an old apple computer (at least 3 years) with old components , old ram, old motherboard im sure, old gfx card (from 2006-2007! LOL!)trying to get 1500 for it. that thing isnt worth even 800 if it was brand new! If you know anything about computers you can BUILD one for 600 and have all the newest hardware. I guess go here if you dont know anything about computers and buy an expensive apple computer just because it's apple. Sheep. more

Not the most responsive group, but if you know what you want you can get it here for a fantastic price. They follow through on their word and have very flexible customer service. I would highly recommend them if you want to be a used laptop or get your current laptop repaired. more

I was having problems with my laptop, all the places I visited quoted very high prices. I found Computer Mega Mall by a referral and was so very pleased. Not only was the price more do-able for me they said I needn't do all that I was told!! What a relief, Now this is my hidden ""Gem!"" I have utilized computer megamalls services over the last several years. I have purchased a an iMac computer for my business and a Macbook laptop for personal use. I have also sent several friends there to purchase laptops for a great price. They also serviced a computer for me a few weeks ago and i was happy with the price and the outcome. There are some other less than favorable reviews but personally my experience there has been nothing but great. Being a business owner myself I have seen some baffling and ridiculous reactions from customers from time to time. Perhaps that is the case with these. I cannot disprove their experience but simply share mine. The owner is very helpful, the staff are good and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend them highly at the very least to check out their inventory before buying a brand new unit. more

I went in after seeing an ad on Craig's List that looked good. Didn't know what to expect. The manager Dennis was very helpful and straightforward. He answered all my questions and made sure I had all the correct accessories for my purchase. No extra charge. Also reassured me about being able to come back within 30 days if there was any problem since I was buying a pre-owned machine. An extended warranty was offered that I declined. After 30 days haven't had any problems. The laptop is flawless. Overall I think I got a good deal and the customer service was great. A positive experience. more

Impressed is not enough to say about CMM. Syed, the owner, has gone beyond any limits I would have expected from a computer/store/service. He gave me unbelieveable prices on equipment. He serviced my PC and it runs incredibly faster then I would believe it could. It is four years old and runs like the day I bought, actually faster as Syed recommended I add 2 Gs of ram and Wow. more

Had an issue with a machine I bought there and in asking it to be taken care of owner became loud and very disrespectful. I should have looked at their online reputation before I shopped there; they're obviously extremely hit or miss. more

Customer service is severely lacking, the web seems to be full of scam reviews (previous review on here is OBVIOUS even using their own name). Look for a reputable shop. more

Computer Mega Mall, overall is the best place for most of Apple stuffs at affordable cost. Service is excellent and quick, most days it will done early or late afternoon. Give them a chance to serve you. Macbooks, MacPros, iPhones, iPads and LENOVO's , HP, Toshiba and Dell laptops too. more

I just left computer mega mall with my computer. The initial estimate I was given was much lower than the actual cost, and dealing with them on the phone was a nightmare. However when I picked up my computer I was very pleased at the job they did, but then one week later I had issues related to what they fixed and they were not helpful and once again working with them made me so frustrated I had to leave the store. more

I do not Know were the negative comments are from, maybe these folks were in a different store. Syed and Cliff were very helpful with the info I needed to make my choice.The E6410 Latitude I purchased (open Box) was in excellent shape, But had the 32 bit OS and no built in bluetooth as advertised. CCM updated the OS to a 64bit and provided a solution to the missing Bluetooth issue at NO cost to me. I know just enough about computers to be dangerous thats where the helpful staff came in to play. They are very Knowledgable, but relaxed and no pressure tatics were used, unlike the big box stores. I would happily recommend them to my friends, although I would like to keep CCM as a great secret place to buy computers to myself for selfish reasons. But alas the secret is out.
