Trying to find out why my service has been interrupted and when it will be back on. Both my wife and I are disabled and MUST have communications. Why do I have to write a book to get through to your office? Why do I have to write a book to get in touch with you? My review right now is a rock bottom.

Cons: When it doesn't work you can't get in touch with anybody
