If you are looking for a company that is going to take care of your investment,or a property management company to rent from, stay away from Complete Property Management. Location Bannock St. Boise Id. Owner Trisha Callies. This place calles themselves a buisness! Trisha is Satin on earth and I thought Satin was a man, but he does descise himself in all forms. Evil doesn't begin to describe this place. It is about stealing your money for them to get ahead and your are taken in the end. Look else where and don't say you haven't been warned. No respect from this woman. It is like signing a contract with Satin himself. more

they just got fired from managing our complex due to their ineptitude. the reviews i'm finding today are actually nice compared to what our real life experience has been with them. now that they have been fired from our complex, they are calling tenants and threatening them. we've lived here for about a year, but the girl from the office that called to threaten me today kept saying that we've lived here since january. THEY DON'T EVEN KNOW WHEN THEIR TENANTS MOVE IN!!!!! there have been two occasions where i've had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with trisha callies, the owner. the first was there a plumbing problem that we had been promised would be fixed when we moved in. that never happened. i came home from work one night to the toilet overflowing. we only have one bathroom in this apartment. i called the emergency # for the complex. this woman, and i use the term lightly, told me to use the bathroom in a vacant apartment until they could send someone out in a day or two. (no, i'm not joking about this). the 2nd time i spoke with her was earlier this month. i have called the office # repeatedly but never get a return call. this time i was tired of waiting for the repairs to be done (like a back door that does not lock and hasn't since we moved in) and i called her cell phone. she chewed me out like a misbehaving child, called me every name under the sun, and screamed at me that i was never to call her cell phone. Needless to say, I am very happy they are no longer involved with our property. Thank you Jesus for chasing the devil away!!!! more

Trish Callies is as lovely as a dead cow carcass sitting in the hot sun...and about as helpful, too. Everything about this place stinks, especially the service. I had no idea you could run a successful business while treating people so poorly! Choose someplace else and save yourself the misery of interacting with these people. Hitler would make a better landlord. more

I cannot believe how terrible this company is. Tricia Callies, the President (or owner, or whatever) is what happens when you take the charm of the DMV, the customer service of your average Walmart checker, and the class of a senior citizen bikini mud wrestling league and then make it 1,000 times more rude. She is incapable of having a civil phone conversation and treats everybody like scum. She has no professionalism and ABSOLUTELY no class. Look out!! more

Trish Callies is rude and does not take accountability. This company does the accounting for the HOA of a property I purchased a while ago. While they charged me a ""transfer fee"" to put the account in my name at time of sale, they never actually updated their records with any of my information. I did not receive an annual bill as they were sending it to the previous home owner per their incorrect records. One day I received a letter from a collections office stating I owe something in the neighborhood of $500 for lawyer fees, late fees, etc. I called Trish and she claimed the entire responsibility was mine since they do not legally have to send anyone a bill. Who seriously believes you can put someone in collections without notifying them that they actually owe something? I don't have the time or energy for small claims court so I let it go. Not without calling her several times though asking for her to take some responsibility and drop all the fees and charges; I would gladly pay the amount originally due. At some point she hung up on me and stop taking my calls altogether. Nice. So not only did I have to pay the fees for the collections agency, but also to take the lien off my property. All this without ever getting a bill indicating payment was due, nor any correspondence indicating that Complete Property Management was in charge of collecting HOA dues. more

Never Again 5/16/2011

My wife and I have been renting from this company for the past two years and have found this experience to be less than enjoyable. Trish Callies is an extremely rude person who in my opinion thinks she is better than everyone else. My wife dropped off the rent one month ( during business hours ) to find the door locked. She Knocked and Mrs. Callies opened the door took the check and slammed the door in her face. The help she has in the office is for the most part not very efficient at communication and on almost every occasion failed to let the maintenance guy Randy ( Trish's husband ) know of things I had called in needing repaired. Randy is a very nice person and is very easy to communicate with however is sometimes overwhelmed with repairs needing done making it difficult to get timely repairs on the minor stuff. The house we rent was in poor repair when we moved in and we have well documented proof of the poor repair it was in yet I still have the suspicion that we will end up in small claims court to get our deposit back when we move out. I agree with the other reviews about Trish however there is always two sides to any story so without being involved in those situations I cannot say whether they have merit or not. Since I know you read these Trish you cannot refute most of what I say because I have no problems saying who I am and have evidence to support my sayings. Thankfully I was smart enough to take pictures and videos prior to move in so if they ever try to charge me for repairs to the shanty I currently rent I can pursue legal action that will in the end get my money returned to me. A bit of advice would be to remember even though we are renters we are still customers and should be treated as such not like we are dirt beneath your feet. Prove me wrong when I do move out and I will gladly come back on here and tell the truth about what happens just as I have done here. By no means would I say do not rent from them but just be prepared for attitude and snottiness from Trish after signing the lease because she will put on a show and deny these stories if you ask. more

Trish Callies is the problem. 1/4/2011

I wish their was a 0 star rating as that is what is deserved. My experience was such that I filed a BBB report and contacted the property owner as from the beginning Complete Property Management did not fulfill promises were negligent and late with repairs that then caused further damage, and in the end after I repaired dings from move in and cleaned the entire house to a standard at which the house only was found after I had 2 weeks to clean it upon move in, I had almost my entire deposit stolen in blatantly fraudulent fees. Trish was bullish and insulting and treated my family like cattle, she is exactly why people often speak poorly of property management companies. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself a lot of headache and disrespect. more

Avoid at all cost! 6/30/2008

We rented through This company for one year and found them unresponsive to our needs. They also kept the owner of the home we were renting uniformed which caused some problems while we were moving out because the owner entered the home without warning and removed all appliance while we were still there. Pros: Responds to repair requests in a timely manner Cons: Contract gives very little rights or options to renter. Hostile attitude. Overcharges misc fees unless negotiated with agressively. more
