I found Complete Auto Glass online. They arrived when they said they would and did a full windshield replacement. The work they did was really good and I had no issues. I would definitely use them again for any replacement needs. more

There was some stuff Complete Auto Glass did that was really good, and there was some that was pretty good. The two guys that did it were neat. The main thing they could improve is to get a GPS to get them to where they needed to be, especially if they are not familiar with the are they are going to. I had arranged to meet them at a specific location, but instead of it taking 20 minutes for them to get there, it took them an hour and a half. I had called hours before they were supposed to leave to change our meeting location, but they had showed up at the first place and then got lost getting to the second place. Aside from that, everything was fine. more

This is NOT ""complete auto glass""!!! this company is ""my complete auto glass""!! don't be fooled!!! complete auto glass is a chain of auto glass shops located in multible states, THIS PLACE IS NOT THEM!!! \r \r \r Please make sure to double check pricing, glass technician certification and brand of glass!!!!!!! \r The owner and installers have NO PROBLEM telling customers that their glass is O.E.M and NEW! don't believe it! \r \r \r I had the windshield glass replaced in my lease before returning it for a new one and used ""MY COMPLETE AUTO GLASS"" I was told the glass was O.E.M! NOT!!!\r \r \r The tech (Alfonzo I believe was his name, could be wrong) did an alright job but left some sort of black rubber-like substance on my floorboards and steering column!! \r \r \r The plastic piece in front of the windshield glass was loose and not sitting in place correctly, I was taking the car back the next day (saturday) and chose to fix it my self, after taking the part off (part lifted right off and went right back together just as easy) and before replacing back I was able to view the bottom edge of the glass and saw 4 little breaks along the edge! and had been coated with some sort of flat black paint, which I was able to rub off with my finger nail! and a scratch in the upper left hand corner of the glass! (clearly visible to the technician) new glass my a**!!!! \r \r \r I settled for this half a** job because the car was being turned back in and the dealer just saw a uncracked piece of glass, so all was good! but I would NEVER use this company again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r more
