That's the best way to describe this place. I've never had a problem that someone didn't try to solve; most of the staff knows the store and producuts well. You have to work a bit to get a little help, but I love that I didn't feel like bait on a hook with the sharks swimming around either. I like how they have the console games setup and no one bothers you when you're testing out gear. They could do a little better on the checkout sometimes, but I never wait too long.
