Me and my wife are both elderly and it was hard for us to take our computer anywhere to get fixed. I called Compsource to ask about getting our computer looked at and they said bring it right in, and the technician Matt even offered to come out to our car and get the computer for us which was a huge help. As for the service we were very pleased the technician called us the very same day with a quote which was very reasonable and we said go ahead. They had it ready for us the very next day and again brought it out to our car which was so nice of him. We had a great experience at Compsource I truly recommend them. more

Excellent Service, Fair Pricing 10/28/2011

I had an older PC. I took into Compsource for repair and the tech recommended taking a look at a new system. So i had him fix the old one and a sales rep helped me with a quote for a new system. In the end i spent a lot less than i expected to spend on new pc for the repairs on my old system and a brand new laptop. Thanks Compsource. more

Quick to bill, slow to complete 2/18/2008

People are friendly, but service in incrediblely slow. After yelling at them two weeks after my order, they finally sent it. I figure they would use express/overnight shipping, send a better product, or say im sorry, but nothing. Pros: Good selection Cons: Very slow. Like waiting at the DMV more

Best prices in ohio! 4/4/2006

I have used them for years. They carry more than the superstores and they beat there prices every time! They also have a terrific web site to do research on items. I would highly recommend them. Pros: Great prices, knowledgable salesmen, huge amound of items more
