Positive and professional. 2/18/2015

We have had Commercial Steam Team come in twice. They cleaned the carpets for our law office, and seeing as how our lobby gets a lot of traffic, the floors get pretty dirty over the year. Both of the times that Commercial Steam Team came in they did a great job. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend them. more

Amazing clean! 2/17/2015

My husband and I arrived home late on a friday evening to find our 12 year old lab not wanting to eat. Much to our surprise he had vomited 2 large piles of blood on our off white carpet! We called a company that is frequently advertised with a name you spell forward and backwards they said they could not do it we needed a steam cleaner. A friend suggested Commercial Steam Team. I called and they promptly came out. When done it was amazing they got every drop out of the carpet and saved us from replacing our carpet and for half the price of the other company! THANKS AGAIN. more

Good Service and High Quality Work! 2/9/2015

I hired Commercial Steam Team when I wanted my house clean and I would say that it was, overall, a very good experience. They cleaned the home's common areas, the staircase, a bedroom, and a few pieces of furniture. I will say that they were very prompt, friendly, and professional. The job they did, for the most part, was outstanding. I say for the most part because after they left I saw that they missed a few spots. Upon calling the company and telling them the situation, they immediately said that they would send someone out on my convenience to fix the problem. I like that they guaranteed me my 100% satisfaction and really appreciated their willingness to make me a satisfied customer. When they returned, they handled it really well and everything turned out great! I will they say that they are not the cheapest company by any means, but the quality of the work makes it a great value. I highly recommend them, as they will go out of their way to make you satisfied. more

Commercial Steam Team was wonderful. They came to help clean up after my dog multiple times because she had diarrhea from her medication. They had to come three times. more

Commercial Steam Team does a wonderful job. They came in to do my carpets, and did so on time. The technician was very courteous, and he really knew what he was doing. This is not the first time that Commercial Steam Team has provided their carpet cleaning services. They do a good job with everything every time, so I know that we hire them that they're going to do quality work. The people who come do a good job and they're friendly. If something happens to go wrong, I know that we can always call them back and they'll come back and fix it without any problems. Overall, it's always been a great experience with them. more

A Good Company 5/30/2014

I am a regular customer of Commercial Steam Team, as I use them on a quarterly basis to clean my carpets. (My family doesn't take off their shoes). They are always on time, do what I ask them to do, and the price is accurate and what they promise. They give quality service. You get what you get on a timely basis and at the right price. more

Great group of people to work with. 1/6/2014

For years, I have been using Commercial Steam Team for the buildings that I manage. This is a dependable and trustworthy company. The staff is very friendly. They do a great, professional job. If there are ever any problems, they come right back to fix everything. They are extremely flexible, too, with the different schedules of our buildings. They have no problems bouncing around. Their prices are good. The work looks good. Overall, the experience has been excellent. They are nice people to work with. more

EXCELLENT 12/13/2013

My husband and I own a manufacturing company -- and due to all the dust, dirt and oil that the crew brings into the office --- they made my carpet look like new again. We had some terrible stains and they got them out with no problem. They did such an awesome job I had them come and clean my carpet at home. I now am postponing new carpet at home for another year. I highly recommend this company more

Respectful, on time, thorough. 8/4/2013

We decided to have our carpets cleaned before my mom moved into our home. The basement had been the kids playground for a while and there were marker stains and some pet stains on the carpets. The two gentlemen who cleaned the carpet were so respectful of our time. We were given a time they would arrive. They called asking for directions because our house didn't show up on their GPS (country house). While on the phone they were articulate and easy to speak with. I had mentioned we would be leaving while they were cleaning so I would need them right on time. They asked if I would like it if they came early. When they showed up, I wasn't quite ready so they respectfully waited in their van while I finished getting my 4 children ready and out the door so they wouldn't be in our way. Upon returning they had done a fantastic job with the carpets. All the stains were gone and it was fresh and clean. They went above and beyond the call of duty and it was clear by the extra work they put into making our carpets look their best. I would recommend them to anyone and appreciate their thoughtful thorough work. more

ryan was very helpful with getting an estimate and explaining the available service options. the steam team did a great job and were able to remove all of our old carpet stains. service was excellent and we are absolutely going to use this company for all of our carpet cleaning needs in the future. more

My wife owns a daycare runs it out of our house. She was concerned about having carpets commercially cleaned with toddlers and young kids on the carpets and having chemicals left over. We had Commercial Steam Team do them and we are 100 happy. They were very accommodating with our schedule so that her daycare was impacted as little as possible. We are very satisfied with the quality of the job, the carpets dried quickly. more

It was very easy for Commercial Steam Team to schedule an appointment and work with my time. The people they sent arrived on time, were really friendly, and explained what they were going to be doing. They helped move our furniture and get things set up so they could clean the carpet effectively. They educated us on how to remove stains and even gave us a free stain-removal chemical to try out. The work was quick, and they sent back a fantastic-looking carpet. There was a great followup call making sure we were happy with the service as well. more
